Do we need to provide our own cables or other technical gadgets?
Our screens are ready to use and their use is included in the price. All you have to do is plug in the HDMI cable. Don’t have an HDMI input in your computer? Then bring your own adapter. It’s also best not to forget your laptop’s charger.
Do you need other specific, technical equipment? Let us know exactly what you have in mind, and together we will see what is possible. If equipment must be rented, the cost must of course be paid by the user.
What about cancelling?
These are our cancellation policy for meeting rooms:
From 7 days before the event until the event itself you pay 100% of the total cost.
From 30 days to 8 days before the event you pay 80% of the total cost.
Before the 30th day before the event you only pay an administrative cost of 50 euro.
What about accessibility?
The train station and bus stop of Herent is within walking distance ( 2 min).
Cars can park for free at the town hall in Herent. Go under the railroad tunnel, turn left and you are at the Henkel site.
Can I charge my car?
